Disabled people deserve more than survival, they deserve freedom, love, security, and full participation in every part of life. I’ll fight for policies that end cruel penalties, guarantee accessibility, and recognize the full diversity of disability experiences.
Disabled people shouldn’t have to choose between love and survival. I’ll fight to expand SSI and SSDI, eliminate the cruel marriage penalty, and ensure benefits actually support a secure, dignified life.
Civil rights are non-negotiable, including the ADA. In Congress, I’ll demand full funding and enforcement of the Americans with Disabilities Act so accessibility isn’t left to chance or charity, but guaranteed in every public space and program.
Accessibility should be built in, not tacked on. I’ll push for inclusive design in infrastructure, education, and technology so disabled people can participate fully in every part of public life.
Disability justice means seeing and supporting everyone: those with physical, sensory, cognitive, mental health, and invisible disabilities. I’ll fight for policies that meet diverse needs and break down barriers wherever they exist.
Exclusion is what’s expensive. When people can’t access education, transportation, or jobs, our whole society loses talent and potential. Inclusion is an investment that pays back many times over.
Because disabled people make up one of the largest and most diverse communities in our country, historically, their voices have been ignored. Policies that support accessibility and inclusion benefit everyone.
